Vulnerable groups including seniors on fixed incomes, young adults, and single parents are particularly affected, facing the threat of eviction due to profit-driven practices. Clancy is calling on the Ford government to investigate the misuse of AGIs and is committed to strengthening tenant protections to prevent further displacement.
